Please upload your audio file(s) or other
types of files using the following form.
In the message box, be sure to include
your first and last name, the subject of your voice file, level of confidentiality, and any special
instructions. Consider including a list of specialized terms or unfamiliar names that would help us during the transcription process. If you are
a first-time customer, also include your company
or organization, postal address, and phone number.
It may take several minutes for
your file to upload. Very large files, on the order of 50MB or more,
may take 10 to 20 minutes or more to upload. The maximum size per
file is 200MB, and maximum combined size for all of your files is
400 MB. If your file sizes are very large WAV files, consider converting them to MP3 files, which are one-tenth the size. Contact us for information on how to convert.
